2026-27 Rates

Registration Fees

We LOVE early registration! We will automatically waive the registration fee if you register for classes by our Early Registration Deadline (date varies by Session). A one-time $25 Late Registration Fee will be charged per family after the deadline. Contact programs@dancecrestedbutte.org with questions.

* NOTE: Punchcards are available for youth & adult students for ground classes up to 75 minutes only. Punchcards may be used for Open Aerial Practice, but they CANNOT be used for aerial classes, Dance Camps or Empowered Pole.

2026-27 Youth Performance Fees

2026 Nutcracker (December 11-12, 2026) $50/class

The Nutcracker Performance Fee helps cover overall production costs, show week rehearsals at the Center, and costume rentals. This fee will be charged within the class tuition.

2027 Spring Youth Show (May 7-9, 2027) $25/class

The Spring Show Fee helps cover overall production costs, show week rehearsals at the Center. This fee does not include any costume fees. This fee will be charged within the class tuition.

2026-27 Adult Show Fees

2026 Adult Fall Show Fee $25/piece

Show participants are required to pay a non-refundable participation fee of $25 for each dance piece that they are in. This fee helps cover show week and production expenses. This fee will be charged after the First Showing.

2027 Adult Move the Butte Show Participation Fee $25/piece

MTB participants are required to pay a non-refundable participation fee of $25 for each dance piece that they are in. This fee helps cover show week and production expenses. This fee will be charged after the First Showing.

Cancellation & Missed Class Policies

CANCELLATIONS

  • Classes cancelled by CBSOD for unforeseen reasons (such as teacher illness, adverse weather, etc.) will be rescheduled as a make-up class on another date.
  •  Classes with low enrollment may be cancelled or combined. Classes must have a minimum enrollment of 5 students.
  • Families must cancel private lessons at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit.
  • Families wishing to cancel aerial or ground dance registrations must do so at least 1 week prior to the first day of class to receive a credit.

MISSED CLASSES

  • Missed ground dance classes can be made-up by attending any appropriate class if one is available in the same session (does not include aerial).  Credits are not given for missed classes.

Late fees may apply if tuition is not paid in full by the last week of the session.
