CANCELLATIONS

• Classes cancelled by CBSOD for unforeseen reasons (such as teacher illness, adverse weather, etc.) will be rescheduled as a make-up class on another date.
•  Classes with low enrollment may be cancelled or combined. Classes must have a minimum enrollment of 5 students.
• Parents must cancel private lessons at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit.
• Parents wishing to cancel aerial or ground dance registrations must do so at least 1 week prior to the first day of class to receive a credit.

MISSED CLASSES

• Missed ground dance classes can be made-up by attending any appropriate class if one is available (does not include aerial).  Credits are not given for missed classes.
• Make-up classes must be used within 90 days.

INJURY RESULTING IN THE NEED FOR PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL
